It turns out, according to the
Daily Mail, that one of the things that is included in a fry is actually very good for you.
The publication has revealed that black pudding – which is traditionally made with oatmeal and pig’s blood – is going to be in demand this year.

Black pudding is said to be packed full of protein, potassium, calcium, zinc and iron. Not only that but it is almost carb-free.
Other superfoods which the
Daily Mail claims are going to be big in 2016 include mushrooms, seaweed and avocado oil.
If this isn't reason enough for a cooked breakfast tomorrow, we don't know what is!
