The Secret Life of Pets is on RTÉ One tonight and that’s our Saturday evening sorted.

The weather is particularly grim out today and, really, the idea of staying in and curling up with a good movie is very real.

If you’re not feeling the latest offerings from Netflix, we’ve got some good news – The Secret Life of Pets is on TV tonight.

The film will be airing on RTÉ One at 6.35pm tonight.

The 2016 computer-animated comedy from Illumination Entertainment, the makers of Despicable Me, features the voices of Louis CK, Eric Stonestreet and Kevin Hart.

In a Manhattan apartment building, Max’s life as a favorite pet is turned upside-down, when his owner brings home sloppy mongrel Duke.

They must put their quarrels aside when they learn that adorable white bunny Snowball is building an army of lost pets determined to wreak revenge.
