Aldi is selling the cutest outdoor teepee for your dog

With this in mind, the good folks over at Aldi will be ensuring that our pets will stay nice and sheltered and shaded this summer and beyond as they celebrate International Dog Day (that's Thursday, 26th August, for the uninitiated) with a range of pooch-centered treats. Chief among them is the pet outdoor teepee, which, from Thursday 19 August, can be yours for less than €17. On top of that, the European supermarket will also be selling a dog dazzler bubble machine for €6.99 - ideal for making the most of these fleeting summer days. Other products coming to the Specialbuys section on that date include a slip on dog harness, a cat hideaway, a cat scratch toy mat, dog t-shirts, a platform cat scratcher and a play pen for your pets, as well as an array of treats and toys. On top of that, if your cat or dog is partial to a bit of indoor luxury, Aldi has you sorted with their range of plush pet beds, starting from €10.99. It's what they deserve. Speaking ahead of the sale, the supermarket's pet ambassador, Lucy Kennedy said: "Family pets are a big commitment, and can be quite costly, which is why I love shopping in Aldi for my dog Riley.
