2. Drink a Green Juice
They are good for your whole body, of course, but especially so if your under eye baggage is looking seriously bad one day. Here are what you should be aiming to put into your juice:
Cucumber: Contains B vitamins that help support energy levels.
Spinach: Low iron levels = feeling tired. Get a boost with a few handfuls of spinach.
Celery: Rich in vitamins and minerals, plus it helps flush out toxins.
3. Try Some Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera is one of nature's best kept beauty secrets. Buy a tube of pure Aloe Vera Gel and keep it in the fridge for mornings when your eyes need a little TLC. Simply squeeze a little drop out onto your fingertip and gently massage in under your eyes.
This works because Aloe Vera acts as an anti-inflammatory and the massage helps reduce swelling as well as improves circulation around the tender eye area.
4. Eat Eggs for breakfast
Seriously; there is nothing a good breakfast won't cure – even puffy eyes. Eggs, no matter what way you eat them, are full of amino acids that help break down toxins, so eat up.
5. Put On Some Bright Lipstick
If all else fails, distraction might be your best bet. Swipe on some bright red lipstick (The Cherry Lush shade from Tom Ford looks great on everyone) and one will notice how tired you are because they'll be busy complimenting that killer lipstick… Job. Done.
