Chrissy Teigen has been praised online for sharing a video of herself with a breakout during her period. Hormonal breakouts are the worst and affect everyone differently. Most people just choose to slap on a few extra layers of foundation before facing anyone else, but Chrissy has shown it's okay to show it off. She took to Twitter to vent about her 'period skin', saying, "This is my skin on my period. Look at it! It’s so angry. Ow!"
