Although some products contain too much alkaline which can upset the PH balance of your hair, apple cider vinegar is pretty unique in that it keeps the hair at an optimal PH level.
It's also great for closing the hair cuticles, sealing split ends and adding shine.
That's a pretty impressive range of benefits for an item that's very likely to be sitting at the back of your kitchen press!
If you're planning on giving this a go, make sure you mix it with water to dilute it...think one cup of water with two to four tablespoons of vinegar.
