1. Cut a simple egg cup shaped hole in the melon with a sharp knife. 2. Open the bottle (I know, I know...). Carefully place the bottle edge into the hole and press in firmly until stuck. 3. Leave the bottle stuck in the melon and place in the fridge overnight. 4. Remove the bottle, cut off the green skin and cut the melon into little cubes. 5. Lace the lime in salt and thread every second melon cube with a lime wedge onto the skewers.Suggestion If you fancy a diluted version, pop the melon cubes into some fresh orange juice for the most beautiful drink you've ever tasted. Fact. FYI My melon skewers can also be made (sans the liquor) to fire on the BBQ. Eat with a coconut yogurt dip. Heaven.
