Who doesn't love a bit of scrambled egg on toast in the morning? It's a great source of protein, easy to make, and cracking eggs is fun! Try adding some tomatoes, mushrooms or avocado as a way to sneak some extra nutrients into the little ones before lunch time.
2. Fancy-Schmancy porridge
There are so many more options when it comes to this quick and easy breakfast. Try adding some blueberries as you cook it and enjoy the handy effects of your morning meal turning a delightful shade of blue or pink with berries.
3. Strawberry granola
This looks cleverly like a dessert to little eyes who rebel against a healthy brekkie. Layer up with muesli, yoghurt, strawberries or whatever fruit you have available or is in season, and a drizzle of honey. You might be able to sneak in a few seeds in too, if you're lucky.
