Simply fry the batter like normal pancakes and voilá you've got the perfect morning pick me up.
Look out for fortified products
Many products like breakfast cereals and bread now come with added vitamins and minerals. MiWadi has recently released MiWadi with Added Vitamins, the only diluting juice on the Irish market with extra B3, B6 and zinc which help to contribute to the growth of healthy bones and the maintenance of a healthy immune system.
Eat the rainbow
When choosing your fruit and veg try to get a wide variety of colours.
