But having to dial and wait for one to be delivered isn't always an option when you have hungry family members who need feeding. So, what if we told you it was possible to make one of these beauties in the comfort of your home– in minutes? Yes, really.

You'll need:
- One packet good quality chorizo
- Two balls of fresh mozzarella
- Honey
- Fresh or dried thyme
- Jus Rol pizza base and tomato sauce
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees celsius
- Lay out the pizza base on a flat surface and cover with tomato sauce
- Add the chorizo and mozzarella
- Place on a rack in the centre of the oven and cook for 14 - 16 minutes
- Once it's cooked, sprinkle the top with fresh thyme and a drizzle of honey
- Serve and enjoy!
