Ah, cauliflower wings.
The delicious non-meat treat that gets nothing but hate on the internet.
"Stop calling them

"If you want meat so much then why don't you just stop being vegetarian," scream the haters.

Another thing that should be appreciated is the following recipe for cauliflower wings - because it is equal parts delicious and not actually that difficult to make.

To make the spicy AF wings you will need:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 150g breadcrumbs
- 120g butter/dairy-free alternative
- 150g flour
- 300ml milk/plant based alternative
- 200ml hot sauce
- 3 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
And here's how you make them:
- Preheat the oven to 200c and line a baking tray with some non-stick paper. Break the cauliflower into bite sizes pieces while mixing the flour, milk, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, and black pepper together in a bowl.
- Coat the cauliflower pieces in the batter well. One-by-one, roll them in the breadcrumbs until they are completed covered and place them in the baking trays. Bake for 20 minutes.
- While they're baking, melt the butter and add the hot sauce. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and pour the hot sauce mixture over each piece until all are equally covered in spiciness.
- Bake for another 25-ish minutes until the cauliflower is soft and tender.
