Krüst Bakery has teamed up with Deliveroo to create a bacon cronut and OMG, drool

Is the thought of cooking making you want to keel over? Well then, we know exactly what you need to cure all ailments. It's sweet, it's salty, it's downright delish AND it can be delivered straight to your door. Unreal. I'm talking about Krüst Bakery partnering up with Deliveroo to create the mouth-watering bacon cronut. In case you're unaware, a cronut is a doughnut-croissant hybrid pastry first created by pastry chef, Dominique Ansel in NYC. One, which is now loved all across the world for its moreish taste. And now... to celebrate International Bacon Day (which actually IS a thing and it was yesterday FYI), Deliveroo are offering you a limited edition bacon cronut. YUM.

Bobby Burns a spokesperson for Deliveroo spoke on the launch of the latest desert saying:

“There’s more to bacon than ‘meats’ the eye. Bacon is so versatile and tasty we thought it would work so well with a croissant-doughnut pastry smothered in a smooth cream cheese.”

Delish.

The cronut which costs €3 can be purchased via the app or online while stocks last, so you know what that means... grab 'em while you can.
