These Mirror Marble Cakes Are The Fairest Of Them All…

We’ve seen some beautiful cakes in our time but none are as beautiful as Olga Noskovaa’s creations. The Russian confectioner is known for making mirror marble cakes that are finished with a gorgeous reflective glaze. In fact, they may look too good to eat… not really, we always eat cake. The cakes also look pretty delicious on the inside with distinguishable layers. The first is a chocolate and orange creation while the second apparently contains carrot and sea buckthorn.

While Olga herself has not revealed the method behind the effect, we found a video recipe for a chocolate mirror glaze on YouTube.
