Now there’s a French raclette machine you can use AT HOME

If you agree sweet dreams are made of Brie, this little gadget needs to be on the top of your Santa list this year.

The cheese loving community at large has drooled over videos of French raclette melted cheese being oozed onto potatoes and fresh bread for months (raclette derives from the French word racler, meaning "to scrape") but now there's a way to enjoy this calorific feast in the comfort of your own home.

With the Boska Holland cheese raclette (around €20) you can conjure up some melty goodness on your dining table in just four minutes. Burn tea lights, put the barbeclette on it, add raclette cheese and you're done! The steel frame is made from mahogany wood and it comes with a handy spatula that fits exactly in the pan, so that you can get the melted cheese out and easily scrape it on toast (or into your mouth) in a jiffy.
