We found it on one of our favourite blogs FrostedPetticoat who used Mionette Prosecco as the main ingredient. Suffice to say you can substitute any of your favourite prosecco (or champagne) instead.
And it is so easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 bottle of prosecco
1 tablespoon of coconut palm sugar
1 tablespoon of edible dried lavender
Instructions:
Just pour the prosecco into a clean ice tray (about 3/4 full) Then sprinkle some coconut palm sugar and some dried lavender on top. How pretty!
Freeze for 2 hours.
Mash the cubes into a slushie consistency, add to a coup glass and top up with bubbles.
Enjoy.
