Hannon says that he follows the rule of the rainbow to maintain his balanced diet and it's also a great tip for parents and a good way to make eating fruit and vegetables exciting for children.
By creating a rainbow chart at home you and your child can have fun every day choosing healthy foods for each colour like.
You don't have to use the same examples as above, in fact, you can change it up every day to create a varied palate of delicious foods.
