"So I found the new malteser truffles at @sainsburys. What more can I say than they are heaven!"

The post - understandably - then notched up 3.5K likes in the space of 24 hours. And while we don't have any Sainsburys in Ireland, we're hopeful that the treats will make their way across the water asap. That and additional UK-based folk have stated on social that they were successful in finding the confectionary in Tesco. Win. Indeed, we were further encouraged by a post on the official Maltesers Facebook page. Sharing a tempting photo of the truffles, the post read: "NEW Maltesers Truffles. So good you’ll find it hard to give them away…In stores now!" That prompted thousands of likes and comments, and it's clear that plenty of folk are currently scouring for the chocolate.
