Food, drinks, music, market stalls – what else would you need to keep yourself and the little ones entertained over the weekend?
The Festival of Food is happening this weekend on Saturday and Sunday in Dundrum’s Airfield estate.
The award-winning urban farm is playing host to the event that you can bring the whole family to… and you’re going to want to.
There’s fresh grub from over 40 Irish producers, cooking and gardening demonstrations throughout the day, and market stalls so you can pick up a few bits for home.
There’ll even be a cheese making workshop. Amazing.
Festival of Food attendees will also get access to Naturescape, Airfield’s play area, to keep the kids entertained.
It features a playground, rolling hill, a zip line, and a whole load of balance beams.
Admission to Airfield’s Festival of Food is totally free, so we really don’t have any excuse at all not to head down for some fun, food, and sun (hopefully).
The events runs from 9.30am – 5pm on both Saturday, September 9 and Sunday, September 10.
