The first time we ever set eyes on them, skinny jeans put the fear of god into us.
They were tight (SO TIGHT!), they were fitted around the calves (horror!), they had none of the comfy coverage of our beloved flares.
Fast forward ten years and we have 34 pairs in every colour (and in sizes ranging from Post Summer Diet to Post Christmas Roast Potato Binge).
We have slim fit skinny jeans, regular length and shorter to show off our ankles, high-waisted skinnies, pencil cut, denim, gingham... skinny jeggings in every fabric.
Now there's talk of the trend being over, we're at a bit of a loss when it comes to what to wrap around our legs next.
