The Playhouse Company specialises in bespoke wooden outdoor playhouses for kids – and have many styles to choose from, ranging in price from £1,540 (and upwards).
Designs can be elevated to incorporate treehouses, and extra accessory options include rope swings, slides, bridges, benches, climbing walls, canopies, stairs, swing seats, rope ladders, turrets, flag poles and even monkey bars.
This one above, which we would pretty much move into ourselves, tbh, is called The Garden Playhouse, and is set on a decking area and enclosed with a low level lollipop fence.
The pretty white cottage has a central stable door with a diamond shape cut out in the top section and a letter box in the bottom section. Either side of the door there is a non-opening window with a window box below allowing children to grow their flowers.
The right hand side has a diamond shaped window in the apex and a set of shutters with heart shape cut outs. The shutters are great for imaginative play, as the children can change the house from a groceries store to an ice cream van. The roof has cedar shingles and is finished off with a pretty scalloped facia and ridge board.
