Being an avid fan of clean beauty and using products that are not harmful to our health or the environment, I love how Irish-based The Clean Beauty Edit keeps making it easy to get our hands on some many gorgeous green beauty buys these days.
Case in point, they recently added products from Vive Sana to their collection, and I'll be ordering this cream immediately to bring with me for my sun holidays. This moisturizer will help protect your face from the sun's harmful rays and other stressors by blocking out damaging UV rays and pollution. Simultaneously, it helps to repair damage as it occurs and before it becomes permanent, while rejuvenating and soothing skin with organic phytonutrients.
I also love how it is completely cruelty-free and reef safe, meaning you are not harming aquatic life if you swim in the sea wearing it – which is a massive problem with most other sun creams.
3. Charlotte Tilbury GlowGasm Face Palette
I might just be a little bit obsessed with this, but seriously – you will not believe how amazing the brand new Charlotte Tilbury Glowgasm Face Palette is until you have tried it for yourself. For me, it is the perfect companion on holiday, because while I wear an SPF 50 and a large hat whenever I am out in the sun (take that wrinkles and discolouration!), I still want the glow that says I was living it up on a beach for the past couple of weeks.

4. Bioderma Hydrabio Serum
I hate wearing products that feel heavy and greasy in the summer (while in the winter, my skin definitively needs it). This serum from Bioderma has become a firm favourite of mine during the hotter months of the year, as it feels super-light, sinks in immediately and leaves my skin feeling fresh, clean and moisturized. It is also perfect for sensitive skin, which means it is a winner in your holiday suitcase, and great for applying to skin that has been exposed to sun, salt water and chlorine.
To get technical, the Hydrabio serum is formulated with moisture boosters including Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) and Sodium Hyaluronate, an especially effective form of Hyaluronic Acid. 5. Korres Santorini Vine Body Milk
Ever since first coming across product from Korres while on holidays in Crete a few years back, I have been a fan of these natural, clean products that were born out of Athens’ first ever homeopathic pharmacy, and love how they often base their products on local Greek ingredients or beauty secrets.
I love the scent of this body milk, as it transports me right back to the Greek isles, and it is also perfect to keep sun-drenched limbs soft and moisturized – which is what sumemr beauty is all about, isn't it.
6. Eos Visibly Soft Vanilla Mint Lip Balm
Lips can get dry and flaky from heat, sun and salt water too, not to mention if you are travelling by plane, where the air is super-dry. I always keep a stash of Eos lipbalms in my bag, and can't get enough of the scent and how soft they make my lips feel.

Truth be told, I don't really go anywhere without my little bottle of Avene Eau Thermale with me, and certainly not on a plane or near a beach.

Perfect to cool down hot skin, give my complexion a little hit of moisture or simply clean the sand of my hands with, this is one summer beauty hero you do not want to be without.
