Summer is coming, the evenings are getting brighter and
SS19 stock has landed in stores - hurrah!
And so, as we get ready for a season full of holidays, cute outfits and Instagrammable cocktails, we're eyeing up some new bits for when the temperature kicks up a notch.
One of these being this cute cropped shirt from Penneys. At €13, this shirt is not only a flattering length, but the neckline and pattern is simple and chic for wearing to work or on holidays.
What's great about a shirt like this is that it can be worn buttoned up with a slip skirt and some mules or alternatively open with a bandeau underneath and denim shorts. We always find shirts like this perfect for covering your shoulders when the fear of getting scalded is all too real.
We're also having a moment with
cargo pants.
This year has seen the rise of cargo pants and we feel like we're back in the Avril Lavigne 2002 era of
Complicated (we're not complaining, either).
They're probably one of the handiest pieces to wear as they're comfortable, breathable for hot, sunny days and they're so versatile you could literally wear them into the office or down to the pub.
Penneys is latching onto the trend and has just released cargo pants in four different colours. We are adoring the dusty rose colour, but they also come in camel, cream and khaki green.
And for €16 they're pretty affordable too.
