Penneys’ latest €16 top is one we’re nabbing up on our next shopping trip

The sun is shining and all we can think about is updating our jumper-heavy wardrobe with some lighter and brighter pieces. Now, we know it's still only February and so, baby steps, but we can't help but imagine this Primark piece themed with light skinny jeans and sandals. For just €16, we love everything about this flowy top, from the shape to the colour (green is going to be BIG this season), to the fact you can team it with a skirt or pants. UPDATE - this top has now landed in Irish stores - hurrah!  And what's even better is that we already know the exact accessories we'd pair this piece with (which are in Irish stores) and part of the SS19 collection. Yes, we're looking at this handy €10 clear bag and €13 mules. Both items are trending for this season, with perspex bags all over the SS19 catwalks and loafers never dating - this is a look that'll have you bang on trend as we head into summer. Divine. Aside from that, we're all pretty delighted to see that Penneys is doing a dupe of MAC's Velvet Teddy for just €3.

The new Penneys collection is called Miss Gloria X Primark Lipstick and comes in three shades.

You Do You, Babe is the shade that's identical to Velvet Teddy. Then there's Powerful Woman which is a deep dark red and last but not least She Is Fearless which is a bright and vibrant red. With Velvet Teddy coming in at €20 on the Brown Thomas website, we'd pick up the new Penneys collection lippy ASAP before it all sells out.
