Salon chain Hershesons in London kicked off the trend and we have a feeling it could be everywhere this spring.
Creative Colour Director at Daniel Hersheson, Sibi Bolan, told
ELLE UK: "We use a combination of baby-lights in foils around the face and balayage colour blended together.
"The hair 'steals the light', shaping the face with a shimmering glow – a pop of colour previously unseen that is revealed when the hair is up, giving an instant fix of glamour."
