And although some might think this is an accidental match, they would be very wrong as it's reported that the Cambridges strategically plan their outfits to make sure that they're brand and aesthetic is both fluid and chic.
Titled "tonal dressing" by Vogue, 9Style’s editor Damien Woolnough explained the reason behind the coordination. He said:
“When you’re the most photographed family on the planet coordinating your look is a great way to preserve the Cambridge family’s brand." “There’s a retro feeling to this approach, which taps into nostalgic family values...to stop the whole thing from looking too matchy-matchy, the colour choices are just close enough to make a strong impression without being spot on."A clever branding excercise for the young royals, it keeps the family in union and to be honest, we adore it. We want to forever see matching outfits from Kate and Charlotte please. Especially now, since Charlotte is actually the most valuable member of the royal family. You may or may not know this, but Royal children do not technically have an official net worth. Mainly because they're kids, who have not received any sort of royal income or allowance yet.
Therefore, when deciding on the net worth of royal children, the figure is based on their value to the British economy.
Currently, the estimated worth of Prince George is $3 billion... not too shabby. While on the on the other hand, Charlotte is worth a whopping $5 billion to the British economy.
The reason for Charlotte’s incredibly high value is largely due to her fashion influence; deemed as the “Charlotte effect.” Impressive.
