Spring is coming.
We have survived January, blues and all and now a new day is dawning, hurrah!
It is time to dust ourselves off and revamp our wardrobes to suit the new season. Now, I don't mean throw out everything you own, a simple new garment that gives you a fresh lease of life will do just fine, and all eyes are on the trench coat.
Expected to be big this coming season, the trench is all we need to give any outfit a lift (while still remaining warm because it's still bloody baltic out).
Now, don't be put off by the idea of a long coat, if like me, you're a short gal and think trench coats are only for our taller friends, then remove that stigma right now. There is actually a trench out there for you too, I promise. These coats actually create longer lines making shorter girls appear taller when worn in the correct size and cut correctly (just below the knee, not at the ankle).
