We've seen this shirt in a few Penneys stores, and honestly, it looks so much better on a person than on the hanger.
Suzanne Jackson wore it on a recent trip away and styled it with black leather shorts, a black embroidered bra (which can be seen peeking out) and some statement earrings. The way she's wearing it, it definitely doesn't look like it's from Penneys and has a major designer feel about it.
