The €50 Zara dress that will become your new summer go-to

We LOVE the colour of this.

One of our favourite trends from spring/summer 2018 was the button-down linen dress. It was the versatile piece that you could wear from desk to drinks; on vacation to out for brunch with your pals. Basically, it was our wardrobe go-to once the weather started to warm up - especially since it helped us keep cool when the heatwave was in full swing. After it was all over the high street last year, plenty of retailers have brought the trend back for spring/summer 2019 - and we couldn't be happier. One of the latest versions to catch our eye is this beautiful pink version from Zara. The dress, which costs €49.95, has an open back with bow detailing and pockets (we will readily admit it: we're a sucker for a gorgeous dress with pockets). The midi-length makes it super flattering, while the linen will definitely help as the temperatures continue to heat up. We reckon it would look adorable with a pair of white trainers and a denim jacket, or a biker-style jacket and ankle boots. It is definitely smart enough you could wear it to the office, but still casual enough that it'll do you for drinks in the evening too. If you're looking for more summer-y buys, the retailer have also kicked off their mid-season sale - and we reckon we have found the perfect dress for those 'nothing to wear' days. The short dress has been reduced from €15.95 to €9.99 and comes in three different colours: a vibrant, neon pink, white and black.
