So many of us have gotten into gardening or tending to our plants in a whole new way during this past year.

And what could be more satisfying than growing your very own food in your garden – or even on a small city balcony?

Enter this easy DIY most of us can manage to finish in one weekend – a reclaimed pallet herb garden.

I have seen the idea pop up a few times on my Pinterest boards, and honestly, how amazing does this look – being able to just wander out into your own decking or balcony and grab a handful of herbs or spices for whatever it is you are cooking up in the kitchen.

Having done some research, here is an easy instruction I can across on a DIY blog:

All you need is:

    • Regular wood pallet
    • Extra small pieces of wood (for support floors)
    • Landscaping fabric (enough to line the beds)
    • White paint
    • Small chalkboard signs and/or tongue depressors
    • Any herb your heart desires!!
