We heart the H&M flagship store (and Olivia Wilde in the new Conscious campaign)

Our new store love

Sive O'Brien

We’re all big time in love with H&M.

We’re virtually high-fiving them all the way, and not just for their cheap-as-chips prices. Well, they do help, but because there is consistently something new and exciting on offer to entice us.

The new flagship on College Green is now a destination store with its grandiose surroundings and endless rails of temptation. So, if you think you might just pop in to grab something in a few minutes, you might need to set yourself a bit more time.

There are the everyday (affordable) basics every girl loves. Add to this, the once yearly designer collaborations (I am a proud owner of some recently-purchased scuba-looking Alexander Wang gear). Oh, and then there’s the accessories section, where you’ll always pick up a pair of earrings or necklace for under €15 to update a look. The Conscious collection, made sustainably for feelgood fashion in more ways than one. We love Olivia Wilde as the new face of this collection (which launches April).

Not forgetting the menswear, where you can pick up something for your other half (for minimising guilt of your multiple purchases). Then, to top it all off, it has the best collections of cool kids stuff from pint-sized newborn garb to tweens, which means you can leave with bag loads of hip little things for under €100.

Here’s a gallery of our January picks to see you through the month (for you, him and the little ones).
