12 Year-Old Girl Arrested… For Pinching Boy’s Bum

A twelve-year-old girl was read her rights, arrested and taken away in a police car after allegedly pinching a classmate's bum at her Orlando school. Breana Evans is facing a charge of misdemeanour battery after a game she played with her friends at Milwee Middle School, which saw them pinching bums between classes, got her into a serious pinch indeed. Despite her son's protests, the mother of the victim, who wasn't injured in the incident, insisted on prosecuting the youngster.

“I regret it because I didn’t know it would lead to this,” Evans told WKMG. “I feel like it’s just stupid — just a stupid charge that shouldn’t have to happen.”

  Breana's dad Ray was dumbfounded when he found out about the charge, adding: ‘Lord what has this world come to? Kids can’t even be a kid,’ Breana will have to do community service, volunteer for regular drug tests and complete her education and a diversion programme in order to have the incident wiped from her record.
