They welcomed little Dusty Rose only three weeks ago, and already new dad Adam Levine has been gushing publicly about what a beautiful experience fatherhood is.

Even if he, according to himself, “has no idea what he is doing.”

The Maroon 5 frontman and “Voice” mentor opened up to radio host Ryan Seacrest about the excitement at home since he and his wife, model Behati Prinsloo, welcomed their little girl.

“I don’t know anything, but it’s part of the beauty of it, honestly,” Levine, 37, joked Thursday on Seacrest’s radio program “On Air With Ryan Seacrest.”

“There are a lot of instincts, a lot of things that kick in and switch on,” the singer continued. “It’s a beautiful experience.”

The couple, who have been married since 2014, waited a week after her birth before officially introducing Dusty Rose to the world in the sweetest Instagram photo:

The gorgeous black-and-white snap captures little Dusty sleeping soundly atop her rocker dad’s tattooed chest.

But as for how long the little princess will remain an only child? Well, not long according to her broody dad, as Adam confessed to E! News he’d like to have a lot of children.

“Like 17. Is that reasonable?” joked Levine.

Sounds reasonable to us – especially if they are all as gorgeous as little Dusty Rose!
