The eighth amendment makes abortion illegal in Ireland except in cases where there is a substantial risk to the life of the mother.
If passed, abortion will be available "without specific indication" up until 12 weeks gestation.
Published today, the Sunday Times poll showed that since their last public opinion poll was carried out last month, support for the repeal of the eighth amendment has dropped by two percent.
Support for keeping the eighth amendment has risen by two percent and the number of unsure voters has also risen by one percent.
The referendum on the eighth amendment will take place on May 25.
