The mum-of-two shared a photo of a cake that had 'hello baby' written in icing on it. Her daughter Ruby can be seen reaching out for a slice of the Primrose Bakery cake.
She has yet to reveal her tiny tot's gender or name yet, but there's no doubt she's picked the most perfect moniker for her son or daughter.
The broadcaster captioned the image, "Still eating this. Mainly the butter icing with my bare claws."
Friends of The One Show presenter showered her with loving messages.

"SO, this is happening!! I’m pregnant & apparently already prepping for actual labour. Baby Horgan The Second (official title) arrives next spring.
"Feeling very lucky & excited & also nervous about jumping on a trampoline (forever)," she wrote at the time.
Speaking about her second pregnancy, Angela revealed she wanted to have a home birth.
She explained why she wanted to have a home birth this time.
"I did it with a midwife last time but, when I went to the hospital everything slowed down.
"I didn't realise that I'm quite scared of hospitals for whatever reason.
"I've never spent very much time in hospitals so maybe that's why, or maybe I remember it from being a baby."
We cannot wait to find out what name Angela has given her second baby.
