Ant McPartlin wants to settle divorce ‘painlessly’ after new relationship revealed

It's certainly been a rocky road for the couple over the past few months.

Last week, Ant McPartlin's ex-wife Lisa expressed her upset at his new relationship with his personal assistant. In a series of tweets replying to her followers, Lisa Armstrong claimed that Anne-Marie Corbett, Ant's new girlfriend and former PA, had been her friend and the couple's shared assistant.

She also said that she'd only found out about the relationship when the story broke in the press last Sunday. Ant has not yet commented on the new relationship, but looking at Lisa's tweets, it seems to be all but confirmed. And now, sources are saying that Ant is offering Lisa the house in the divorce settlement as he wants it to be as "painless" as possible. A source told The Sun: "Ant wants this settled quickly and painlessly. He doesn't want to fight and made it clear Lisa could have an extremely generous offer.

"He even said he would sign over their house."

Things seem to be getting worse for the couple lately, as it was also revealed that they only speak through their lawyers now.
