Argos has recalled five models of Mamas & Papas car seats amid concerns that they would not protect a child in the event of an accident.
In a statement on their website, the retailer revealed that they had identified a concern – that being that the car seat shell could crack in an accident and would therefore not provide protection to the user.
They are asking anyone who has purchased one of the below seats to cease using it immediately and return it to their local Argos store for a full refund.
They added: “We wish to thank you for your co-operation and apologise for any inconvenience caused by this recall.”
