A special art exhibition will launch tomorrow in Dublin.
It is a tribute dedicated to the many women and children who went through the Tuam mother and baby home.
The home, which was based in the Co Galway village operated from 1925 to 1961 and was run by the Bon Secours Sisters.

A collection of paintings, murals, sculptures and other installations depicting the tragic history and suffering that occurred at the Tuam mother and baby home will be open to the public from tomorrow.
The artwork will be on display in the Inspire gallery in central Dublin.
In recent years the remains of over 800 infants were found in a septic tank near the grounds of the institution.
It is unknown if all of the children will ever properly be identified but the artists hope that this exhibition will stop them from ever being forgotten.
‘Stay With Me’ opens January 17 from 6–9pm and will run until January 30 in the Inspire Galerie, 56 Lower Gardiner Street, Dublin.
