6 cozy TV shows that will get you in the mood for Autumn

Autumn is finally here.

It is officially Autumn time. The leaves are starting to fall, pumpkin spice everything is available in your local cafe and our summer dresses have been replaced with chunky jumpers. With the evenings getting darker we'll be glued to Netflix for the foreseeable. All we want to watch are comforting and cozy shows so we've put together a list of our favourite shows. These shows are the equivalent of hot chocolate so you're bound to feel warm and cozy after watching them.

Gilmore Girls

If any show is made for this season then it is Gilmore Girls. The wholesome show set in the dreamy town Stars Hollow follows mother-daughter duo Lorelai and Rory Gilmore.

Virgin River

The Netflix series just got renewed for seasons four and five so now is the perfect time to catch up. The show follows nurse practitioner Mel, who abandons her life in Los Angeles to a remote town in Northern California.

Sweet Magnolias

This classic series has been a favourite of ours for so long. Starring Sally Field, Rob Lowe and Matthew Rhys, the show follows The Walkers, an affluent but down-to-earth family as they try to deal with the death of their patriarch, a failing business and the discovery of a half-brother.

Dawson's Creek

The best teen show from the 90s, don't even try arguing with us. Childhood best friends, Dawson and Joey, go through different stages of adolescence together. Their friendship is tested when they both start a relationship with different people.

The Babysitter's Club

This Netflix remake of The Babysitter's Club is bound to warm your heart. Based on the books of the same name, the series follows a group of young friends who set up their own babysitting service together.
