With the space becoming home to different food concessions every few months, Avoca’s aim is to support local, up-and-coming food businesses while engaging with emerging food trends.
Speaking about the new pop-up, Marketing Director of Avoca, Maoliosa Connell said: “We are very excited to introduce Kale and Coco as our second pop-up in Ballsbridge. Kale and Coco’s ethos aligns perfectly with that of Avoca, with wellness and vitality at the heart of what they do.
Dublin’s health and wellness scene has grown to rival that of other leading cities around the world, Kale and Coco is their humble way of contributing to that growth, all the while encouraging people to explore new foods."
Kale and Coco founders, Rebecca Feely and Jenny Hughes are also delighted about the new venture, and explains: “We are delighted to be the next pop-up in Avoca Ballsbridge, it's a really exciting opportunity for Kale and Coco to reach a wider audience and with our new cafe having just opened in Stoneybatter, it will be great to have an outlet on the other side of town. Avoca is a very well established and highly regarded food business, so we're thrilled to be partnering with them and really looking forward to the experience!"
