It is claimed that Bill Clinton is facing fresh sexual assault charges from four women.

DailyMail.com cites Democratic Party sources and an official who served in both the Clinton and Obama administrations.

The 71-year-old former US president has been accused of sexual misconduct in the past.

These fresh allegations date-back to the period shortly after he left the White House in 2001.

The four women are making the allegations in coordination but have notified Mr Clinton they are preparing to file four separate lawsuits against him.

Lawyers for the women are asking for substantial payouts in return for their clients’ silence.

“A member of Clinton’s legal team has confirmed the existence of the new allegations,” DailyMail.com adds.

Bill has been married to fellow politician Hillary for 42 years and the couple has one daughter, Chelsea.
