Australian fitness blogger Beck Jackson is going viral after sharing an Instagram post showing the difference between high-waisted and low-waisted leggings.
There has been a huge reaction to her post too with almost 8,000 likes at the time of counting and her message has really resonated with her followers.
Sharing the side-by-side snaps, the 23-year-old points out that wearing clothes you feel comfortable in make you feel so much better.
Beck says that she prefers high-waisted pants and finds them more flattering but of course, someone else would say that low-rise versions are better.
Another brilliant point made by the popular Instagrammer is that everyone carries fat and muscle differently and so clothes look different on everyone.
So, so TRUE.
Beck says:
"Everyone carries fat and muscle differently, you could be the exact same height and weight as someone else and your body will look TOTALLY different!"
As pointed out by
Cosmopolitan, she also says that cellulite, muffins tops, love handles, armpit fat (the bane of my life personally) are natural and it just means that you carry fat/muscle differently and again, like the point above, everyone is different.
Hear, hear. We think Beck makes a very important point and it's no surprise that her post is getting such a massive reaction.
