Family biographer Ian Halperin, author of Kardashian Dynasty, told The Sun:
'A top Hollywood studio executive told me today that his major studio intends to make a huge offer to the Kardashian family to star in a feature-length film. 'The studio's research showed the Kardashians could become the highest TV-show-turned-movie ever.' “The first Sex and the City movie pulled in close to $500million worldwide and a Kardashian film would do almost double. “The exec stressed that part of the deal would include a nine-figure upfront offer plus a backend of the film’s earnings."Focusing on the personal and professional lives of the Kardashian–Jenner family (dad and step-dad Bruce Jenner later transitioned as is now known as Caitlyn) Keeping Up With the Kardashians debuted in 2007 and subsequently became one of the longest-running reality television series in American history, with the twelfth season of the show premiering on May 1, 2016. The series' success has led to the creation of numerous spin-offs, including Kourtney and Kim Take Miami, Kourtney and Kim Take New York, Khloé and Lamar and Dash Dolls. The network has also broadcast several television specials featuring weddings and special events involving members of the family. Would you go and see a Kardashian movie?
