Earlier this afternoon, Ryan Reynolds, 40, was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame—a pretty extraordinary event that called for two rather extraordinary guests to join him.
Alongside his wife Blake Lively—looking her Serena van der Woodsen best—were his two young daughters. And seriously; we are melting with the cuteness of it all.
It seems almost-two-year-old James was especially excited about being at her first red carpet event.
At the family affair ceremony, Reynolds called Lively out in his speech. “I want to thank my wife, Blake, who is sitting right there, who is everything to me,” Reynolds said, according to People.
“You are the best thing, the best thing that has ever happened to me—second only to this star. …You make everything better, absolutely everything in my life better. You’ve made me the father of my dreams when I thought I only had fun uncle potential.”
