Same, but different.
It seems like the whole summer has been a mix of high temperatures and rain. It’s rained constantly on some of our warmest days, and it’s not going to stop anytime soon.
Met Éireann has predicted that we’re going to see temps reach up to 21 degrees today, however we’re also going to see lots of rain and drizzle.
The weather forecaster said that it will be “dry in eastern areas at first today, Tuesday, with bright or sunny spells, but mostly cloudy (locally misty) conditions further west, with outbreaks of rain and drizzle.

“The rain and drizzle will edge slowly eastwards later today, although some eastern coastal counties will hold mostly dry until this evening or early tonight. Top temperatures will range 15 to 21 degrees, with the highest values in the east. South or southeast breezes light or moderate in strength.”
Meanwhile, tonight is looking much the same with plenty of rain, mist and fog.
“Outbreaks of rain and drizzle in most areas for a time early tonight will gradually give way to clear spells and isolated showers extending from the southwest.
“Light to moderate southerly winds, fresh along south and east coasts, will veer to a light west or northwest with the clearance. Patches of mist and fog will also occur. Minimum temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees.”
