According to multiple reports, Britney Spears’ sons have been granted a restraining order from her father, Jamie Spears.
Us Weekly reports that Kevin Federline, father of Sean and Jayden, applied for the order after the eldest son was involved in a “physical altercation” with Jamie.
According to TMZ, while Sean wasn’t hurt in the incident and there were “no visible bruises or injuries,” Kevin felt it was serious enough to report to police.
It comes after Britney and Kevin reached a new child custody agreement. The Blast alleges that Kevin has been granted full legal custody of his two sons, and Britney will be allowed supervised visits which have to be monitored.
Britney’s father used to be a monitor but is now no longer allowed. Instead, Kevin has to approve a person to oversee the visit.
