When it comes to throwing a Christmas party and getting to pick the ideal guest, there was one person who came out on top.
Unsurprisingly, Chris O'Dowd was chosen, beating the likes of Mrs Brown's Boys star Brendan O'Carroll and Amy Huberman. Following behind them were Vincent Brown and Taoiseach Leo Varadkar.
The survey, commissioned by Jurys Inn, asked Irish people to pick their dream celebrity party guest and also to choose who they would like to kiss under the mistletoe.
When it comes to kissing, people chose Bressie, Sharon Ní Bheoláin, Saoirse Ronan, Rosanna Davison and Niall Horan.
The survey also revealed that under half of people find cooking the Christmas dinner the most stressful part of the festive period, followed by the amount of money that gets spent.
Commenting on the results, Suzanne Cannon, Head of Marketing at Jurys Inn, said:
