Christine McGuinness was told her husband kissed another woman earlier this year.
According to reports, the mum-of-three was told about Paddy's alleged infidelity when she appeared on the ITV series The Games.
The mum was heartbroken to discover that Paddy kissed another woman, who has been described as a TV star.
It is believed the industry was well aware of Paddy's cheating, but Christine was in the dark about what had happened.
However, after growing close to the cast and crew of The Games, they decided to tell her the truth.
They knew it was the right thing to do because they respected the former model.
A source told
The Sun that Christine was incredibly upset when the truth came out.
They told the publication, "Paddy wasn’t around at all during The Games and the more people got to know Christine, the more they felt she deserved to know what he’d been up to.
“A number of them told her about the kiss and that he’d been unfaithful. She was very hurt and upset.”
"Everyone was talking about it," the source claimed.
“The crew all knew about the Paddy rumours, and there they were, now working really closely with Christine.
“It was one of those shows where everyone bonded and everyone loved Christine."
The news comes after Christine revealed their marriage wasn't in the best place.
The couple, who have been together for 11 years, is going through a difficult time.
Christine told Fabulous magazine that she has been
struggling a lot lately.
"I'm feeling really quite raw and all over the place. What I might have put up with in the past, I probably wouldn't put up with now, and the same goes for him."
"I can't deny we are having a very, very difficult time."
