Temperatures tomorrow night, however, could fall as low as -2 degrees in parts of the south and east.
It’s more rain and cold weather on Tuesday with forecasts predicting “gusty weatherly winds” and some hill snow in the northwest.
Similar to Tuesday, Wednesday will remain cold and windy with some showers throughout the day, with hail, sleet and some snowfall again predicted.
The weather picks up a little on Thursday as the winds calm and temperatures rise just a little, however, the weekend doesn't seem quite so optimistic as we can expect a "changeable Atlantic regime".
