Coleen Rooney has spoken out about her husband Wayne’s infidelity.
The mum-of-four said he cannot go out unsupervised after cheating on her numerous times. Coleen said part of the reason why they stayed together is for the sake of their four sons.
Speaking in the documentary ‘Rooney’, she admitted they “work well together” despite his cheating.
Coleen explained that Wayne tends to make bad decisions after drinking. He was hanging out with the wrong people and getting into bad situations.
“But I do think that alcohol has a lot to blame… and still has, from things that have happened recently.
She admitted: “I think it’s not a good thing for Wayne to be unsupervised.”
The first time he cheated on Coleen they were arguing a lot. She explained that they were very young at the time. “I knew groups that Wayne was hanging round with that weren’t good for him.”
Coleen explained that Wayne was hanging around with people that “got themselves into bad situations.”
The public and fans of Coleen have often wondered why she has stayed with the sportsman.
Coleen said they’ve never been a really “lovey-dovey” couple, but they’ve always worked well together.

Coleen’s parents have always reminded her that there’s nothing she can’t deal with. She said they help give her a positive outlook on things.
“You make it work. And we have,” she shared.
“We’re not the lovey-dovey type anyway. We like to have a laugh together and we work well together. And we’ve got four kids.”
Coleen said people are always telling her that she “should have got rid of him ages ago” but she said their kids have to come first.
Wayne explained that despite his actions, he still loves Coleen. “I put myself in the wrong place and when you’re in the wrong place and there’s alcohol involved then you’re going to make bad decisions.
“You’re going to have to suffer and deal with the consequences.”
“That’s what happens. It doesn’t take away any of my love for Coleen. It happened,” he stressed.
