Coronation Street confirm Adam Barlow’s fate in Weatherfield after recent ‘exit’

Fans were stunned last week when Coronation Street's Adam Barlow made the decision to leave Weatherfield alongside Eva Price.

And while we know that the trio (Adam, Eva and baby Susie) are going to be back at the end of this week for Aidan Connor's inquest, many wondered if it meant Samuel Robertson - who plays Adam - was bowing out of the role. Mostly because people were hoping for him and Eva to get their happily ever after. Sadly, however, that appears to not be the case - as, according to DigitalSpy, Adam will be back at work at the solicitor's office on August 10. Of course, that doesn't mean that they have definitely split. There's long distance relationships and everything. However, it looks like Adam is going to be busy when he does return to the cobbles. According to the publication, Adam is going to have his hands full at work as Imran Habeeb decides to take on a controversial new client: Duncan Radfield. The conman is facing fraud charges after he stole £40,000 of council money. But later on, when he's backed into a corner, he claims that it was Sally Metcalfe behind it all. Adam tells Imran that it's not a good idea to represent Duncan since Sally has so many good friends in the community and it won't go down well - but he doesn't listen.
